Use of Personal Information:
We do not maintain a database of any personally identifiable user information.  The data our web site forms collect is automatically forwarded on electronically to the schools/organizations you have indicated an interest in.  The information transfer is done via a protected back-end system.  The only time we might download your information is if you email us directly, or if there is an error and your request is marked invalid for some reason.  If that occurs, we may email you to let you know that your request was unable to be processed. 

When completing a form for a school on our site you can expect that most of them will have an admissions representative follow up with you in one of the following ways  (every school has their own policy so it will vary depending on which school or schools you specifically request to be contacted by):

• email information directly to you
• snail mail information to you
• call to discuss your request
• a combination of any of the preceding

Once your information is forwarded on to the school or schools you are interested in, each individual school also typically has a strict privacy policy of their own they abide by. If you are still concerned, please review the individual privacy policies of these schools or organizations before submitting information to them. We are not responsible for any future disputes occurring between our website visitors and third party schools or organizations.

Collection/Use of Non-Identifying Personal Information:
During your use of our web site, we will collect certain Non-Identifying Personal Information to enhance the functionality of our site for our visitors. We temporarily retain Non-Identifying Personal Information and use it to establish Web Site activity trends, monitor Web Site performance, improve Web Site design and functionality, and for other business purposes. Our collection of Non-Identifying Personal Information may involve the use of cookies. Among other uses, cookies allow us to save you from re-entering your contact information for each individual school form, and they track which schools you have already contacted so you will not duplicate your efforts and the schools will not receive your information more than once.  This is provided as a service to both our visitors and the schools themselves.
